By registering on LET’S FÚTBOL, freely, previously, expressly and in an informed manner, I authorize Jonathan Pacheco Urueta, a natural person identified with citizenship card (cédula de ciudadanía) 1.045.692.269, who operates the platform under the trade name LET’S FÚTBOL, domiciled in Barranquilla, Colombia, email address privacy@letsfutbol.com and telephone +57 300 444 1402 (hereinafter, the “Controller”), to collect, store, use, circulate and delete my personal data in accordance with Ley 1581 de 2012, Decreto 1377 de 2013 and the Privacy Policy.
DECLARATIONS:
I declare that I am over eighteen (18) years of age. LET’S FÚTBOL is not directed at minors: it only processes the data of a son or daughter when their legal representative provides it when registering for a tournament, and solely so that the organizer can verify the registration, as explained below.
I have been informed that LET’S FÚTBOL does not request sensitive data relating to health, racial origin, religious or political beliefs, or sexual orientation, and that the profile photograph constitutes biometric data under Colombian regulations. Providing it is strictly optional: I am not obliged to upload it in order to use the service or to complete the sports profile. If I upload it, I expressly authorize it to be used solely to allow my visual recognition within the community and for the content moderation described in the purpose “Moderation”, and I may modify or delete it at any time from my profile.
The photograph on a tournament ID card (carnet) is also biometric data and is optional: if I upload it, or if the organizer uploads it, the tournament organizer verifies it by comparing it with my document, it is seen by whoever scans the QR code on my ID card, and it is not used for facial recognition.
DATA AND PURPOSES:
The data that I authorize to be processed are my first and last name, my email address, my Google or Apple identifier if I sign in with them, my optional sports profile (photograph, positions, strong foot and date of birth), the mobile phone number that I add to my account and its verification, my activity in clubs, matches and tournaments (including, if I appear on a tournament roster, my date of birth, position, jersey number, goals, cards, sanctions and the player-of-the-match distinction, the mobile phone number or email address provided by the organizer or that I enter in order to link my player record, my “Are you going?” responses to my team’s matches, and the photograph and QR code of my ID card; and, if I register from the application, the data on my player record, my answers to the organizer’s questions and the record of my authorization), the reports that I submit and the users that I block, my device identifier for notifications, my IP address and technical access logs, and application crash reports (not linked to my account). The purposes are:
Provision of the service: registration and sign-in, profile, clubs, invitations, match and series call-ups, attendance, waiting list, results and seasons. For now, the mobile phone number on my account remains only on my profile; if it later serves to recover the account or to sign in with the phone, LET’S FÚTBOL will inform me in the Privacy Policy and, if the law so requires, will ask me for authorization before using it for that purpose.
Visibility within the community: showing my name, photograph, sports profile (without my date of birth), attendance and results to the members of my clubs and to the participants in my matches.
Service communications: push notifications and in-app notices about my clubs, matches and tournaments, emails necessary to operate my account (email verification, password recovery and notices about access to my account) and, when I request it, the code sent by text message (SMS) or by email to link my tournament player record or to verify the mobile phone number on my account. It does not include advertising.
User support: handling my inquiries, petitions, complaints, claims and habeas data (hábeas data) requests.
Security and quality: protecting the platform, enforcing the Terms and Conditions and correcting technical failures.
Moderation: reviewing content and conduct reports, applying blocks between users and automatically analyzing my profile photograph, my tournament ID card photograph and the crests that I upload in order to detect prohibited content before they are published.
Tournaments: organizing the competition, calculating standings, suspensions and prizes, and publishing on the tournament’s public page my name, position, jersey number, goals, cards, sanctions and the player-of-the-match distinction. My date of birth is not published; it is seen only by the tournament administrators and is used for the age range under the rules and to manage my registration; if the tournament has age ranges, my range (never my date or my age) is seen by my teammates in the application and appears on my ID card. The mobile phone number and email address on my player record are not published; they are seen only by the tournament administrators and are used solely to link my player record to my account: to offer to link it without a code if the email address on the record is the verified email address of my account, or to send me the code that verifies that I am the registered player when I request to link it. Whoever scans the QR code on my ID card sees my status in the tournament, the ID card photograph, my name, my jersey number, my team, the tournament and, if applicable, my age range, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If I register for a tournament from the application, LET’S FÚTBOL provides to the organizer named on the player record the data on my record and my answers, under the authorization that I accept on the record for that tournament. My “Are you going?” responses are seen by my teammates; others only see how many have responded.
TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION:
When I register for a tournament from the application, I authorize separately, on the record for that tournament, that LET’S FÚTBOL provide to the organizer named on the record my first name, last name, date of birth, position, jersey number and my answers to their questions, so that they manage my registration and the tournament. That authorization is valid only for that tournament.
If the record asks me for data of a son or daughter, I declare that I am their legal representative and authorize its processing solely so that the organizer can verify my registration, as explained in Data of children and adolescents in tournaments.
I may withdraw my record from the application while registration is open and my record has no goals, sanctions or the player-of-the-match distinction, or request deletion by writing to privacy@letsfutbol.com, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
PROCESSORS AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSMISSION:
I authorize the Controller to transmit my personal data to its Processors (Encargados del Tratamiento) (Amazon Web Services, Inc.; Resend, Inc., for account emails and email verification codes; Google LLC, for Firebase —sign-in and authentication of my account, sending of codes by SMS, application configuration, notifications and crash reports— and Google Workspace; and Apple Inc., for notifications on iOS), including to servers located in the United States of America. This transmission is solely to operate the platform, send notifications and verification codes by email and SMS, handle my requests, moderate content and correct technical failures, under the terms of the Privacy Policy.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT:
I have been informed that, as the Data Subject (Titular) of my personal data, I have the following rights:
Access: to access free of charge my personal data that have been subject to processing.
Knowledge, update and rectification: to know, update and rectify my information with respect to partial, inaccurate, incomplete or fragmented data, data that induce error, or data whose processing is prohibited or has not been authorized.
Proof of authorization: to request proof of this authorization, except in the cases exempted by law.
Information on use: to be informed, upon request, of the use that has been made of my personal data.
Complaints to the SIC: to file with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) complaints for infringements of the applicable regulations.
Revocation and deletion: to revoke this authorization and/or request the deletion of my data, provided that no legal or contractual duty prevents their deletion. I may delete my account from Profile › Delete account in the application or from https://app.letsfutbol.com/delete-account/; if I am the owner of a club, an upcoming match or an active series, I must first transfer or cancel it.
I may exercise these rights by writing to privacy@letsfutbol.com, on business days from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in accordance with the procedure in the Privacy Policy.
I have read and authorize the processing of my personal data in accordance with this Authorization and the Privacy Policy, being aware of my rights and the channels to exercise them.
